Great use of colours, and the dark background suits your genre of Rock. I like the type of model you used, her body language and facial expression.Photoshop skills are great! Cover lines are also great.
Perhaps , to make the name of the artist stand out, "Vicky" should be the only part of that caption that is red. Also, you could have made "fights" slightly bigger to really make the caption stand out. Make the barcode lower down, and date slowly higher up.
i like the colour scheme for the magazine since it really screams Rock. The Font also represents the genre and therefore attracts your target audience. To improve the front cover i would use a Bold Font to make it stand out.
